PULPE DE PUI LA CUPTOR

Ingrediente:

  • 200 gr unt
  • 2-3 buc. usturoi
  • 100 ml ulei de masline
  • 2-3 buc. ceapa
  • 1 lingura patrunjel
  • 2-3 buc. ardei
  • 1 kg pulpe de pui

Mod de preparare:

Pulpele de pui se spala si se curata bine. Ceapa, ardeii, usturoiul se taie marunt. Intr-un bol se amesteca bine untul cu sare, piper, boia de ardei pana se face o pasta omogena. Se face la fiecare pulpa un buzunaras in care se introduce pasta de unt. Pulpele se aseaza apoi in tava si deasupra se mai adauga iar din pasta de margarina. se dau la cuptor la foc mediu pana se rumenesc bine. Le scoatem de la cuptor si adaugam pe deasupra patrunjelul taiat marunt.DSC05932 DSC05933 DSC05937 DSC05958
